James A. Brown, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away December 14, 2016. He was born April 16, 1940 in Martinsville, IN.

After graduation, James spent 3 years serving in the National Guard, and then 3 more years serving in the Army Reserves. He enjoyed fishing, watching westerns and wrestling, and attending church services.

James is survived by his wife Mary; sons Charles and John; brother in law John Wysong; and sister in law Carol Waysong. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Vietta-Mae Brown; brother Cedric; and sister Ruby.
